AboutCopper in the Clouds Distillery
Established in 2018, Copper in the Clouds was created to share the teams passion for exquisite craft spirits. Since then they have steadily grown the range of premium spirits they hand craft.
Utilising a fine range of high quality botanicals to create their range, a sense of fun is evident throughout the distillery.
Recently opening the distillery doors for the very first time to invite guests to take a tour and learn all there is to know about their craft, how they produce the spirits and of course try the full range of wonderful expressions in the company of the distilling team.
A warm welcome awaits alongside a Gin & Tonic (there is always an alcohol free option too)to sip and enjoy whilst being guided through the gin making process and what makes them uniquely Copper in the Clouds.
On the tour, you will be guided through the range of five gins (and no doubt a few extras) with tonic to mix with your samples and the team will offer serving suggestions and cocktail recipes to try at home.
