Blood Monkey is an Irish malt… Gin! Inspired by Genever, it boasts a traditional recipe of Juniper, Rosemary, Citrus peel, hints of floral and Smokey Caramel.
The name is reference to the name of a seafarer who used to drill into the officers’ barrel of the good old grog, stealing whatever spirit was inside. As perfect serves go, Blood Monkey’s is pretty simple – an ice cold glass is all you need! Perhaps you can pair with an Indian Tonic or a nice Mediterranean Tonic if you fancy something longer.
