Piston Distillery was founded in 2018 and born of a desire to create a true modern classic, one that reminds you what a London Dry Gin should be.
Rebellious at heart, Piston Distillery challenged old school methods and developed a recipe using 14 globally sourced botanicals of the highest quality. Combined they give a well-balanced, full, and lingering taste with a touch of smoke, spice, subtle sweetness, and bold citrus notes.
With time honoured technique, classic style and true British ingenuity, Pistons local highly skills team bring a suave exotic and inimitable flavour to the gin world. But they haven’t just stopped at Gin, they also have other sprits!
Piston has expanded in 2023 to now have a two gin schools, one is Cheltenham at our Head Quarters, also where large-scale production takes place. Their second gin school is at their flagship store in Worcester.
The Piston Distillery Gin Schools are a perfect place for any curious spirit enthusiast. It is an experience designed to indulge your senses, ignite your creativity, and deepen your understanding of craft spirits. They run 3-hour experiences in Worcester and Cheltenham
Piston have been awarded prestigious double gold, gold, silver and bronze medals at the San Francisco World Spirit Competition.
