AboutDevil’s Dyke Gin
With a history dating as far back as the Iron Age, Devils Dyke, a 100m deep valley is an area of outstanding beauty in West Sussex.
This home-based distillery is located a stone’s throw from Devil’s Dyke, and is abundant with botanicals that they use in every bottle of their gin, alongside those grown in their very own botanical garden.
Whilst they may possibly be the smallest distillery in the South, producing only 70 bottles a run, their gins are big on flavour. So if your tipple is a classic London Dry or something a bit more fruity, they have the perfect gin for you.
Distillery visits are also guaranteed to be big on fun! Expect a welcome cocktail on arrival, learn about the history of gin, the craft of how they make Devil’s Dykes wonderful expressions, and get to know your way around the still, Lilibet.
You’ll have the opportunity to sample the range of gins and liqueurs with carefully selected mixer pairings. Receive tutored tasting to understand how they are made and how best to drink them. To finish, enjoy a G&T of your choice (nibbles included).
