Cranachan is a traditional highland treat enjoyed for centuries by many in the long summer days.

A glorious mixture of rich cream, sweet golden honey, wholesome oats and with most good puddings a spot of highland whisky! However as the long Winter nights draw in and the land is covered in snow and frost, it was time to preserve the autumn raspberries. For the winter months a festive version of Cranachan is full of spice and warmth.

Full of fruity flavour try putting over puddings, with bubbly & if adventurous try making a whisky egg froth sweet martini!
