Zing 72 Botanical Gin is a French Gin distilled in traditional copper alembics in small batches. The striking rose gold bottle takes its inspiration from the copper still and the name reflects the maceration and distillation of the botanicals which is carefully undertaken over a 72 hour period.

Zing 72 Botanical Gin hails from Provenance in the South of France. Botanicals include winter wheat, juniper berries, blueberries, lemon, lavender, thyme and chamomile, with the blend all hailing from the region and harvested on French farms.
On the nose, it’s florally delightful with notes of juniper helping conjure images of Spring. To taste, it’s light with a smoothness on the palate, which is further charmed by floral and citrus notes. The finish is smooth, with a hint of spice and herbs, lifted ever so slightly by the florals that linger on the finish. Garnish with lemon and rosemary, and ta-dah you have yourself a delightful taste of France.
