The creation of Xin Gin was fuelled by the desire to be at the core of social gatherings. The founders, Michelle and Gareth McAllister, with their blend of Irish heritage and Asian influences, sought to combine the best aspects of their two cultures. The name Xin itself, meaning “heart” or “feelings” in Mandarin, encapsulates the essence of their vision.
