Wyrd Dry Gin

Hailing from the New Forest, Wyrd Dry Gin showcases a unique blend of botanicals, including juniper, orange, lemon, grapefruit, cardamom, cassia, cubeb, angelica, and liquorice root. The gin undergoes a meticulous 15-hour maceration process, after which it is distilled in a Portuguese alembic still. The delicate botanicals are vacuum distilled to preserve their flavours, ensuring a deliciously herbaceous and zesty taste.
