TASTING NOTE
Floral hibiscus notes on the nose turn into blueberry and cranberry in the mouth with light sweetness and smooth juniper.
PRODUCTION METHOD
A Handcraft process using a 350L gin copper pot column still. Organic Juniper, organic coriander, organic cardamom, organic allspice, organic lime peel and organic hibiscus are distilled in two separate batch distillations with an organic sugarcane base which has already been 3 x times distilled. The 1st batch uses the Juniper and the 2nd batch includes all other botanicals. These two batches are then compounded together with natural blueberry and cranberry aromas. The final liquid is filtered three times – Charcoal, Cellulose and Sub-Zero filtration before bottling.
