Orders placed before 12pm qualify for 2-5 working day delivery and will be dispatched within 24hrs of receiving your order.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be not be dispatched until Monday. Orders placed on bank holiday weekends will not be dispatched until the next working day.
In exceptional circumstances, there may be delays where stock may be limited. If this is the case we aim to contact you within 24-48hrs, unless weekends or bank holidays.

Gift Vouchers and Festival Tickets are sent to your email address free of charge. These are processed by our team and should be with you within 24hrs on working days.

Festival Tickets can be printed or email presented on the door to the festival.

We offer a bar-collection service. Use our code faringdon to click and collect your order from our bar. You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
Please have proof of purchase available upon collection.
