Steeplechase London Dry Gin

The racing inspired signature take on the traditional London Dry. Created around locally foraged Norway Spruce as the core botanical, as one of the main components of Steeplechase fences. Steeped for 24 hours with Juniper, Spruce and Coriander before being batch produced slowly on our copper column still, Aurora, for a fragrant and powerful London Dry gin.

This truly traditional London Dry has a depth of flavour and exquisite smoothness; Juniper-forward, freshly peeled Pink Grapefruit and Lime toward the middle, and Cardamom and Cubebs giving an enduring spice at the finish.
