The distillery presses the fruit to extract fresh rhubarb juice and blends it with their award-winning Stratford Dry Gin, resulting in a sweet and tangy gin. Unlike other rhubarb gins in the market, Shakespeare’s Rhubarb Gin is not overly sweetened, allowing the tartness of the rhubarb to complement the full-strength gin and pair well with mixers.
