Spring Gin is part of the Secret Garden Distillery’s Seasonal range, designed to capture the essence of the season, exploring flavours, scents and seasonal plants. This is the second release and celebrates two of Spring’s magical delights: The Dandelion and the Honeybee.
Dandelions have long been prized by botanists for their medicinal properties, using the leaves, flowers, stems and roots in their concoctions. We use it for the simple reason that it tastes delicious, though; if ever a plant tasted like Spring it would be this one. Spring Gin is a beautifully balanced clear gin, juniper-led with a slightly sweet finish on the palate. Lots of fresh herbal notes on the nose and hints of earthy spice. Spring in a glass, basically!
Secret Garden Gins are lovingly crafted using 100% natural ingredients. There are no added sugars, artificial colourings, flavourings or additives….just nature distilled.
