Sassenach Wild Scottish Gin uses botanicals that are a reflection of Founder Sam Heughan (beloved for his starring role as Jamie Fraser on Outlander) and his hometown in the south of Scotland, Dumfries and Galloway. The flavour notes in this gin are all inspired by powerful memories of Heughan’s own upbringing and adventures. The gin has clean, fresh, and vibrant notes of wild Scottish apples, blackberry leaf, scot’s pine, and juniper that are gently balanced with savoury undertones of rhubarb and toasted oats. There’s also distinct notes of floral heather to evoke the aromatic heritage of his Scottish homeland.
