Made by the talented Dunnet Bay Distillers, Pink Grapefruit Old Tom gin derives from the popular ‘Design a Rock Rose Gin Label’ competition of 2016, which was released as the wonderful citrus-based Artists’ Edition.
They decided to bring it back as a fresher version for 2019 using organic pink grapefruit peel, all lovingly peeled by the distillery team! These are added to the botanical basket and vapour infused along with all the traditional gin botanicals. It is then lightly sweetened with muscovado sugar.

NOSE
Bright and zesty with fresh grapefruit coming through.
PALATE
Fresh and citrusy but very well balanced with the juniper and lovely notes of vanilla appearing.
FINISH
Lasting sweetness with a depth of grapefruit tang.
Pair with a Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
