The coffee beans are ethically sourced from an organic co-operative of farmers which grows incredible coffee on the mountains of Peru. The coffee, with notes of stewed stone fruit, is roasted by our artisan friends at Extract Coffee Roasters on Bertha –
a vintage roaster, rescued from scrap and lovingly rebuilt by the Extract team.
Recommended as part of an espresso martini.
