Pinkster gin, first created in 2013, is made using 5 botanicals including locally-grown raspberries. The fresh raspberries are soaked in the gin to create the natural flavour and colour. Once the pinkster gin is made they take the used fruits and produce their well loved Gin Jam and Boozy Berries to assure minimal waste and a smaller carbon footprint.
