Mr Hobbs suggests 40ml of perfectly balanced Rhubarb & Ginger liqueur is combined with ice cubes and a premium ginger ale in a tall, cold glass. Equally enjoyable, if you prefer, would be 35ml in a champagne flute and simply fill to the brim with prosecco. To garnish either, you could add a stick of rhubarb if the season allows or simply place a twist of lemon citrus zest atop for an instant classic cocktail.
