Mackintosh London Dry Gin is distilled in small batches in a 200 litre modular still with each batch producing less than 300 bottles. Using grain spirit as a base, this is redistilled using pure Angus water and a bouquet of nine botanicals sourced from all over the world. Juniper led it is complimented with specially selected botanicals including Mediterranean citrus fruits, fresh grapefruit and locally foraged elderflower.

Mackintosh London Dry Gin Tasting Notes
Nose: Juniper led with a floral hint from the elderflower and sweet undertones of orange peels and lemon zest
Palate: Clean heady juniper on the tongue, smooth with a citrus taste
Finish: Garnish and tonic opens up the gin to a citrus burst which the grapefruit enhances, floral notes then emerge finishing with a lingering crisp finish. Bold juniper that mellows with tonic leaving a mild peppery spice and fresh aftertaste.
