A magical colour-changing dry and fruity gin, it’s Sorcery!
Flavours of Juniper, Orange and Satsuma have been enhanced with the infusion of Blueberries and Blackberries. The colour comes from natural Purple pigments found in Fruit and Vegetables that change from Purple to Lilac/Pink on the addition of a carbonated mixer like tonic water or lemonade.
Sara is totally serious about flavour, mouthfeel and provenance. As a result, all of their range is unapologetically packed with favour, using the best possible ingredients, which, where possible, they are either grown by themselves or are locally foraged. Their moto is, there is a little bit of Lancashire in every drop!
Elsie, the beautiful copper still uses a heated water jacket to gently extract as much flavour as possible from the botanicals infused in the finest barley grain spirit.
