Kongsgaard Gin is a Danish Gin inspired by the forest. The botanical line up is built around one of nature’s most ingenious constructions; the tree. Using seed & root, bark & branch and flower & fruit, the gin finds perfect balance and harmony. Botanicals include charred oak, resin and cinnamon bark, alongside juniper, ginger, coriander seed, tiger nuts, galangal, liquorice root and whole fresh lemons. They also make use of locally sourced Danish apples!
It’s a gin that balances earthiness with fruitiness with a distinct note of forest floor running from nose to finish.
