A classic Sloe Gin made with berries hand picked by us from the hedgerows around Chichester in West Sussex. We can only pick so many which is why these bottles are limited. The berries sit in our award winning London Dry Gin for a year before we sweeten and bottle it. Works well on its own over ice or with a Valencian orange
