Distiller Simon says: “I highly recommend a subtle twist on the classic dry martini. Take 50ml of Isle of Bute Oyster Gin, add 15ml of vermouth, shake over ice, and serve with a twist of lemon. Or serve the Oyster Gin with a slice of cucumber and a touch of cracked black pepper in a classic gin and tonic.”
