The glorious yellow gorse flower, which we hand pick from Mount Stuart Estate, gives our gin a floral nose with hints of coconut and vanilla reminiscent of a summer’s day walk along the Argyll Coast.

Hand crafted and bottled on Bute, together our Gorse and Heather gins showcase the splendour of Bute’s wild places.

Perfect Pour: You could make a classic gin and tonic with a wedge of lemon, or if you want to go more Scots, garnish with a few freshly picked brambles.

Distiller Simon says: “My recommended tonic to accompany the Gorse Gin is Fever-Tree light. Rather than using sweeteners, Fever-Tree relies on a less bitter source of quinine so that they can use less sugar. This makes the tonic perfect for delicate floral gins such as this one, as it still tastes refreshing, but won’t be overpowering.”
