HRAFN GIN Valkyrie is their modern take on the classic London Dry Gin. Traditional botanicals are energised with the citrus zest of Jara fruit to give their Valkyrie expression bright green zest and zing with an opulent sparkle. It is then cut to 43% alcohol, the best level at which to enjoy the brightness of the Jara.

HRAFN GIN Valkyrie offers fresh green juniper, bright lemon and lime citrus notes. The juniper then gives way to spiced bright citrus, opulent lime with sparkling lemon. And finally a soft citrus falls to a linger of cinnamon.
Pair with a Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic.
