Botanicals – Juniper, coriander, angelica, orris & bay with six botanicals foraged from the farm and local hedgerows: crab apple, rosehip, elderflower, nettle leaf & wildflower meadow hay. Stones from the spent fruit from sloe gin. Hedgerow blackberries and green apple.
Perfect Serve – Indian tonic water, garnish with blackberries & an apple slice with lots of Ice. As an alternative try with Ginger Ale.
