Masterclass 4 – Don’t be like other flamingos with The Keep Spirits Co
With a name like Albino Flamingo, you certainly won’t forget this little gem in a hurry, as we bring you gin with a side of wildlife.
Did you know that a flamingo isn’t born pink, but it becomes pink through what it eats and drink? The Keep Spirits Co turn this little fact on its head and bring you a gin that is not pink, but rather inspired by pink botanicals such as pink grapefruit, pink peppercorns and pink lady apples, to create one tasty creation.
How did they come to be? How does it taste? Does it work in cocktails? And do they actually like Flamingos? These are all questions that Founders Rob and Sam will be answering on the night.
