Masterclass 1 – The Perfect PIN & Tonic with Bottomley Distillers

Head to the quaint market town of Louth in Lincolnshire Wolds and meet family owned Bottomley Distillers, with heritage that dates back to the 1950s.

Inspired by his Father, Alan Bottomley (Master Distiller), Amy and their daughter Molly, set off to modernise the techniques passed down and create their own award winning brand, PIN Gin.

Join Steph, their daughter, who will be showcasing the newly launched Pineapple & Grapefruit Old Tom and demonstrating how to make some simple cocktails at home.  You’ll start with their perfect serve using the mixer within your festival box, followed by some of her favourite cocktails like Bee Knees, Gin Sour, White Lady, Mackintosh Citrus Smash.  Cocktails have never tasted so good!

Masterclass 3 – Foraged from land and sea with Whitby Distillery

Spirits and Whitby go hand in hand, it’s always been a town of smugglers, adventurers and skilled craftspeople. Held on one side by the wildness of the sea and on the other, by rugged and beautiful moorland. Dive deep with Whitby Distillery into the forgotten flavours of the Coast. With a live distillation as the backdrop, get an exclusive insight in to the workings of Dora Grace, their new bespoke 300L copper still. Sip their fruit-led dry gin whilst discovering the secrets behind their voyage.

Masterclass 4 – Don’t be like other flamingos with The Keep Spirits Co

With a name like Albino Flamingo, you certainly won’t forget this little gem in a hurry, as we bring you gin with a side of wildlife.

Did you know that a flamingo isn’t born pink, but it becomes pink through what it eats and drink? The Keep Spirits Co turn this little fact on its head and bring you a gin that is not pink, but rather inspired by pink botanicals such as pink grapefruit, pink peppercorns and pink lady apples, to create one tasty creation.

How did they come to be? How does it taste? Does it work in cocktails? And do they actually like Flamingos? These are all questions that Founders Rob and Sam will be answering on the night.

Should you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact [email protected] and a member of our team shall be more than happy to help.
