Gin In A Tin No.8 Angelica, Samphire, & Coriander

£35.00

Vendor: Gin In A Tin

Inspired by the sea, this blend complements many culinary dishes containing fish. With distinctive notes of samphire, angelica and coriander, as well as many other botanicals centred around juniper berries, this gin is wonderfully subtle, yet complex.

Tasting Notes:
The Nose: has big fresh green notes with underlying citrus tones.
The Mouth: juniper and coriander are up front followed by a citrus body, and to conclude, fresh green notes of the samphire and slight salt, tickle the taste buds.

Serving Suggestions: Serve in a classic G&T style garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit or sprig of samphire (and pinch of salt if you dare) to make a wonderful summer cocktail.

Description

Set in the quintessentially British countryside of the Cotswolds, Gin In A Tin started as the brainwave of the locally-known gin connoisseur, Martin Agius, founder of the renowned Gin Pantry. A destination for gin-enthusiasts, the Gin Pantry houses a famous collection of hundreds of gins from across the globe, for all to see, smell, sample and explore.

With an infinite amount of knowledge, coupled with years of sharing his passion for the beautiful juniper berry, Martin began a quest to find his ultimate gin and commenced blending his own collection to share. A partnership with his artistic daughter, Charlotte, developed and so Gin In A Tin was born!
