The inspiration behind our Blue Spruce Gin creation came from discovering and eating lots of different smoked foods.

Gin in a Tin discovered some smoked mixed nuts which had been smoked using blue spruce chippings which gave them the idea of using blue spruce as a botanical.

After many trials, Gin in a Tin settled on the leading botanicals of Juniper, Blue Spruce, Lemon Peel, and Cardamon. Whereby the pine flavour sits at the forefront of the gin.

Today Gin in a Tin are delighted to add Gin No.18, housed inside a stunning blue tin, to our collection, further expanding The United Colours of Juniper.
