Ellis Scottish Gin Butterfly Pea – is a lovely herby gin that’s coloured and flavoured by the Asian Flower called Butterfly Pea.
Created initially as the base gin for their Ready to Drink range, Ellis combines a traditional London Dry Gin with the herby flavours of the Asian Butterfly Pea flower. All ingredients are natural and there is a little theatre with the gorgeous red colour changing to orange when mixer is added.
Mix with Elderflower Tonic and garnish withBlueberries. Looks fabulous in the glass and tastes amazing.
