Ellis Scottish Gin – No.2 Scottish Bramble

Ellis Scottish Gin No.2 – Bramble Gin – is a lovely floral gin with a little spice that kicks in at the end.

Created initially as the base gin for their Ready to Drink range, Ellis No.2 combines a traditional London Dry Gin with the subtle taste of Scottish brambles. All ingredients are natural and they have a little theatre with the gorgeous red colour changing to orange when a mixer is added.

Mix with either Tonic and garnish with Orange or with Ginger Ale. Looks fabulous in the glass and tastes amazing.
