The Ditchling Mule
50ml Fling toffee vodka
100ml ginger beer
½ lime
Squeeze lime juice into a long glass and drop in the spent lime skin. Add the toffee vodkas, top up with ginger beer and some ice cubes.
Toffee Espresso Martini (same as an espresso martini just with toffee vodka)
50ml Fling Toffee Vodka
25ml Chilled espresso coffee
25ml Kahlua coffee liqueur
Large dash of Gomme sugar syrup
Add all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
