Deid Merchant Spiced Rum

Deid Merchant Spiced Rum is created using an Istill, allowing for a thorough infusion of the blend of spices and natural flavorings with the rum.

The rum’s rich, full-bodied base comprises a blend of Jamaican, Dominican, and Grenadian rums. To craft a unique flavor profile, Aberdeenshire brambleberries and Royal Deeside honey are added to the distillate, complemented by warm spice notes from lime leaf and ginger, with a subtle hint of citrus.

After the distillation process, water from a spring located in the Cairngorm mountains is added to the finished product before bottling.

Deid Merchants Spiced Rum boasts a velvety smooth texture, making it perfect for savouring on the rocks. However, the preferred serving method is with two ice cubes and apple juice, resulting in a simple yet beautiful blend of flavours.
