Launched as part of our August VIP Gin Club, we are celebrating the mighty juniper berry!
We fell in love with the original Crossbill when they first exhibited with us at The
Gin To My Tonic Show Glasgow way back in 2019. They make gin that is basically a love letter to juniper, celebrating gin in its purest form, without sacrificing on quality or flavour.
Our collaboration with Crossbilll Distilling continues their fine work using only 100%
highland juniper, including black and green berries and fresh needles to showcase all parts of highland juniper.
The result is just what our VIP Gin Club is all about…. mighty fine, expertly crafted and a glorious tasting gin that you won’t find anywhere else!
