What better way to survive than to make spirits from the local water and botanicals, which harks back to an era when crofters made illegal whisky on their crofts.
A deliciously smooth London dry gin, using handpicked local purple Heather tips as a key botanical, if you couldn’t tell from the theme of the bottle. This is blended with other botanicals including Juniper, Cubeb and Cassia bark to capture the spirit of the Highlands in this delightful tipple.
Serve with a fresh Bramble, a twist of Orange peel, tonic and ice.
