Copper in the Clouds Marmalade Gin is distilled, bottled and hand finished at Dowsetts Farm in Hertfordshire. The marmalade used in the gin is handmade on site using pink grapefruit, Seville orange and blood orange peels. The gin is made with a five botanical gin recipe that creates a perfect base for the marmalade to be the main flavour.
