Copper In The Clouds Mango & Black Pepper Gin
A refined 8 botanical gin distilled by Copper In the Clouds on their farm in Hertfordshire, using real, ripe, fresh mangoes.
In 2014, a company commissioned a group of food scientists to look in depth at what the best possible garnish was for a G&T. The answer, surprisingly, was a slice of mango and cracked black pepper. Copper In the Clouds have infused these flavours directly into the gin using fresh, ripe mango and the best peppercorns available.
Mangoes are chopped and left to rest in the gin for 3 days. Black peppercorns are ground and left to infuse into the gin for 24 hours. After a light filter, it’s ready to bottle, with no sugar added.

- 65g of Frozen Mango
- 50ml Mango & Black Pepper Gin
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
Combine ingredients in a blender, blitz until smooth and serve in a coupe glass.
