Raspberry & Mint Gin tastes junipery like a gin, with hints of raspberry & mint. Distilled using locally sourced Co Down fruits this is perfect for someone looking for a hint of sweetness in their gin with a hint of freshness from the mint.
Using only the highest quality fruits from local farms in County Down, ensuring they’re fresh when they arrive in the distillery. Raspberries, mint and other botanicals are soaked in alcohol for 16-24 hours, then transferred to the pot of the 300L copper column still, adding additional fruit and botanicals. Then begins distillation.
Once the infused gin has been distilled, water is added to bring it down to 37.5%, rest for two weeks before hand bottling and labelling.
This gin is perfect for a gin & tonic but equally as tasty with your favourite lemonade. Garnish with a few raspberries and a sprig of mint to enhance the flavour.
