Clementine & Bay Gin is exclusive to The Gin To My Tonic. We chose a sweet and tangy clementine which beautifully contrasts with the savoury notes of the bay layered on top of a solid base of juniper, orris, angelica & coriander then rounded off with a punchy cubeb pepper.
Bay leaves are handed picked from the garden to give it a personal touch, as well as hand peeling every clementine used in the batch making every element of this gin unique.
Pair with a premium Indian Tonic and garnish with orange and bay leaf.
