Using a select amount of botanicals from the grounds and greenhouses of charismatic Chatsworth, this London style gin is distilled by Peak Ales at Cunnery Barn on the Chatsworth Estate.
The Rose continues to be carefully cultivated at Chatsworth, most notably the Duchess of Devonshire rose, the Chatsworth rose and the Joseph Paxton rose whose petals have been picked, mixed and incorporated into this pink gin.
Although it is in fact a clear gin, the subtle aroma of the Roses is evident and the petals impart a slightly sweet finish.
