Bullion Spiced Rum
Bullion consists of Guyanese Rum which is twice distilled.
The 3rd distillation takes place in Hensol Castle.
The addition of spiced botanicals create its exquisite flavour and golden colour.
Added vanilla, caramel and Himalayan salt and pure Welsh water goes into making this unique elixir.
Bursting with flavours, the caramel and vanilla is strong on the nose.
On the palette a toffee start, creating a sweet smooth taste, ending with a medley of spices on the finish.
The cinnamon and spiced berries add depth, created to provide a luxurious taste.
Himalayan salt is minimal but present throughout.
Enjoy this tipple neat over ice or pair with Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a slice of orange.
