A fine Caribbean white rum was selected for the base, to complement the vibrant, sweet flavours of the foraged Blackberries and Damsons.
The liquid is inspired from walks over the Suburban wasteland seeing wild blackberries and damson trees. Complimentary flavours combined, symbolic of the Great British landscape. The natural sweetness of this Caribbean white rum base lends itself perfectly to the strong intense flavours of these beautiful fruits.
This Blackberry & Damson Rum sits perfectly mixed with tonic, ginger ale, or a lemonade over ice with a couple of frozen blackberries for garnish.
