Boothstown Dry Gin prides itself on its meticulous attention to detail when it comes to producing their premium spirits. They carefully select a grain-based spirit for each batch of their Dry Gin, and allow it to macerate with their 10 carefully curated botanicals for up to 24 hours. These botanicals are naturally foraged both locally and internationally. After a 4.5 hour distillation, the resulting spirits are proofed to a bottle strength of 40% ABV (80 proof) and bottled on-site. Each batch is then rested for no less than 10 days to ensure that all the aromatic flavours have time to meld together into a cohesive, delicious whole.
