This super-smooth and very complex gin, made from local, hand-picked botanicals. Starts with juniper and myrtle forward with a light liquorice and spice note following and then a subtle finish of citrus and lavender. It’s a full flavoured delight with a very long satisfying finish, and a personal favourite.
