This ultra-low spirit is perfect for Dry January (or Dry Gin-uary!). Notes of Orange Blossom and Wormwood provide a beautifully subtle herbaceous undertone which is complimented by the bursting citrus flavours. Soft juniper and spicy coriander are apparent on the finish, this is perfect mixed with tonic and garnished with a slice of orange. Or, for an extra special treat, why not try a spiced citrus spritz?! Mix with a cloudy lemonade and plenty of ice.
