GIN & TONIC

Our Raspberry & Mango Gin paired with Elderflower Tonic creates an unforgettable twist on the original G&T.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml of The Gin To My Tonic Raspberry & Mango Gin
  • 1 bottle of Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic
  • Lots of Ice

Method:

  • Add plenty of ice to your glass
  • Pour in the gin, followed by your desired amount of tonic
  • Garnish with raspberries and mango

Unsure of Tonic? Due to it’s jammy texture it also works wonders with Fever-Tree Lemonade.

GIN FIZZ

Gin and fizz: What’s not to love? Due to the rich berry fruit and tropical accents in our Raspberry & Mango Gin, it lends itself beautifully to a classic Gin Fizz. This truly tasty tipple is so simple to make at home and one you’ll be making time and time again.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml of The Gin To My Tonic Raspberry & Mango Gin
  • A handful of fresh raspberries
  • Juice of one lime
  • Champagne or prosecco

Method:

  • Muddle raspberries and lime juice together before adding gin
  • Strain into a champagne flute and garnish with a frozen raspberry

CLOVER CLUB

Our take on the Clover Club really tastes as good as it looks. If you’re a raspberry fan, this refreshing cocktail is for you.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml of The Gin To My Tonic Raspberry & Mango Gin
  • 10ml of raspberry & mango sugar syrup (we made our own!)
  • Handful of fresh raspberries
  • 10ml of Sweet Vermouth
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 egg white

Method:

  • Pop a coupe glass into the freezer so it’s nice and cold for the cocktail
  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice)
  • Shake vigorously until ingredients are well mixed and there’s a nice froth
  • Add a handful of ice and shake vigorously once again
  • Strain into your chilled coupe glass before adding a sprig of mint and raspberry

GIN SLUSHIE

The juicy berry notes and tropical mango make for the perfect gin slushy. It’s also super easy to make at home….

Ingredients:

  • 50ml of The Gin To My Tonic Raspberry & Mango Gin
  • A handful of fresh raspberries
  • 4-5 chunks of fresh mango
  • Teaspoon of Sugar syrup
  • Juice of half a lime
  • LOTS OF ICE!

Method:

  • Add all ingredients into a blender, whirl until smooth with a ‘slushy’ texture.
  • Pour into a tumbler or highball glass and garnish with raspberries and lime

GIN POPSICLE

The Gin To My Tonic Raspberry & Mango Gin Popsicles

We couldn’t talk about our Raspberry & Mango Gin without including our infamous gin Popsicle. Really simple to make but be warned: they’ll leave you wanting more!

STEP 1: INGREDIENTS 

50ml of The Gin To My Tonic Raspberry & Mango

350ml Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water

200g Frozen Raspberries

Juice of a Lime

2.5 tbsp Sugar

STEP 2: UTENSILS 

Citrus Press

Small Saucepan

Sealable Plastic Bag

Popsicle Mould

Rolling Pin

The Gin To My Tonic Raspberry & Mango Gin Popsicles

STEP 3: HOW TO

Add water, lime juice and sugar to a small saucepan over a medium-high heat and simmer for approximately 1-2 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved. When slightly cooled, mix in the gin and tonic and set aside

Use a rolling pin to mash up the raspberries in a sealable plastic bag and add to popsicle molds

Fill in the molds with the gin and tonic mixture. Transfer to freezer and leave to set for approximately 6 hours or overnight,

HOW TO:
