Owned and purpose built by husband and wife team, Emma and Gareth Glynn, The Shropshire Distillery create and craft a range of premium, award-winning Gins, Liquers and Spirits under the day to day guidance of Master Distiller Emma.
The family team handpicks the finest world botanicals, distil, blend, bottle and label by hand in the heart of Shropshire.
The Shropshire Distillery craft their small batch Spirits in copper pot stills from head to tail, but only the pure hearts go into each bottle, making for super smooth Gins!
The team are very hands-on at every stage, skilfully blending botanicals, carefully and slowly distilling in ‘Jean’ and ‘Anne’ the beautiful Stills, ensuring an honest spirit of the finest quality.
A warm Glynn family welcome awaits you at their custom-built distillery in rural Ellesmere, Shropshire.
Our sessions run in small groups with a capacity of up to 16 people. This ensures everyone gets the time and attention they require without feeling overwhelmed or overcrowded.
Distillery Tours – Join the team for a relaxed and friendly tasting, tour & talk at the distillery, gain an insight into the history of gin and the story behind The Shropshire Distillery all whilst enjoying full signature serves from their fabulous range of Spirits.
Gin School Experience – Be a Distiller for the Day while you take charge of a mini copper still, and delve into the world of botanicals. Design and distil your very own gin to bottle, label, toast, taste and take home all whilst enjoying signature serves of The Shropshire Distilleries award-winning Shropshire Gins
Cocktail Masterclass – a fun and friendly tutored masterclass at the distillery, get hands on and create cocktails using a range of Shropshire Distillery Spirits.
