The Only Way Is Spirits is an independent, female-owned distillery in the heart of the countryside on the Essex/Hertfordshire border.
Visitors are very welcome to drop in, have a look around the distillery and buy bottles to take away too. They regularly host distillery tours, tastings and other events.
The Gin School is housed within the distillery, with 12 mini copper stills, where they run gin-making sessions for both public and private groups. The three-hour experience allows you to create and distil your own gin recipes from scratch using fresh botanicals, under the guidance of their friendly team of distilling experts. Bottle, label, taste and take home your creation on the day.
The Gin School sessions run in small groups with a capacity of up to 24 people. Everyone gets the time and attention they require, plus the chance to relax and have fun, whilst enjoying full signature serves from their fabulous range of Spirits.
Corporate meeting room space is available in a quiet, beautiful, rural setting. Holding your meeting in a distillery is sure to be a talking point!
The Only Way Is Spirits know a thing or two about gin distilling. Their London dry is multi-award winning at a global level. They were the only UK gin to win a medal at the prestigious Concurs Mondial de Bruxelles in addition to winning Gold in 2021. Their range of Spirits have since gone on to win many other awards.
A warm welcome and a truly memorable experience is the only way at this wonderful distillery.
