Stockport Gin is owned and run by husband and wife team Paul and Cheryl, and they are both involved in distillation and the running of this fantastic, small batch producer.
They distil all of their own gins on site and each bottle is painstakingly labelled by hand. Stockport Gin’s multi award winning expressions are all made on their 100 litre stainless steel column still using a mixture of maceration and vapour infusion techniques, a fact they will happily wax lyrical about if you visit.
The couples small batch craft gin distillery is based in the heart of Stockport Town Centre with the distillery and shop on the ground floor, which is where you can also indulge in a tour of the distillery. In addition, upstairs, you will find a large event space and bar where the distillery often plays host to a wide range of events throughout the year. This space is also available for private hire so if you are looking for a unique location to host your celebration, this might just fit the bill.
